Failure to book within the window will result in a $25 rush fee. This will be added to your final invoice.
All event setup orders must be booked 3 weeks in advance. Failure to book within the window will result in a $75 rush fee. This will be added to your final invoice.
Orders are not secured and booked UNTIL you have paid your deposit (This is heavily for Event Packages). If you choose to cancel other services for any reason, 50% of the order will not be refunded as half of the payment will act as a secured deposit. ALL deposits are non-refundable.
All event bookings must go through a consultation before it is finalized as a booked event.
Customers are subject to customize their desired products. All pictures, text, etc. must be emailed to artofkdezignz@gmail.com once your purchase has been submitted.
